Check-in will run from 7:00 - 8:00 a.m. at the Dayton campus. A light breakfast, coffee, and refreshments will be available as guests arrive.
The program will open with a series of presentations from Graco’s leadership team. These sessions will walk through the markets we serve, the strategies within each of our divisions, and how acquisitions support our long-term growth. The goal is to give attendees a clear understanding of how the business is positioned today and where we’re focused for the future.
Attendees will take part in guided tours of the Dayton Industrial Campus, with an emphasis on
our manufacturing operations and core products. The tours will provide time on the floor to see
processes in action, meet team members across key functions, and participate in hands on product
demonstrations. This session offers a closer look at application technology, product testing,
and how customer needs are reflected in product development.
For those who choose to stay for the optional afternoon session in Rogers, the program will
continue with tours and demonstrations at the Contractor facility.
We’ll bring the group together for an open discussion and Q&A session over lunch following the
morning tours. This will be an informal conversation with leadership, giving attendees time to
ask broader questions and discuss themes from the morning.

A shuttle will be provided between the two campuses for those attending the full program. Transportation between your hotel and the Graco facilities is not provided.
Business casual is appropriate for all sessions, tours, and demonstrations. Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes for the facility tours. Early May weather in Minnesota can vary, so a light jacket is recommended.
